Today, the 2008 Olympic games in China has got underway, alongside this a new website has been launched by the designers Jonathan Barnbrook and Pedro Inoue, urging the creative community to make its voice heard at the website Remember Tibet.

The website’s aim is to bring to the forefront the oppressed Tibetan people’s struggle for independence against the undemocratic government of China.

In today’s world protest goes beyond borders. We should use our legitimate right to stand up for democracy and freedom of speech.

I think anything that can help bring to the forefront Tibet’s peaceful protests and non-violent campaigning for freedom should be applauded.
